RESEARCH

1. Research Intern

Boston University Research In Science and Engineering (RISE) Program; Computational Neurobiology Practicum
  • Modeled neuronal activity alterations under simulated gut dysbiosis conditions associated with Huntington’s Disease using Python and NEURON. Analyzed firing rate patterns, inter-burst intervals, and synaptic sensitivity; identified significant deviations under dysbiotic states.

  • Presented research findings at the BU RISE Research Symposium under mentorship of Ms. Karla Montejo and Dr. Shankar Ramachandran.
